This is the same place only one week later. Disgraceful and a public health hazard. so much for a cleaner Dublin… put my taxmoney to good use instead of trying to get more money of the people that have none.

We pay so much tax so garbage should be collected for free…Just like water should be. No one should have to go without water if they cant afford it. what is next? charge us for the air we breath.
The introduction of bin charges was/are so stupid..imo.. When garbage is littering the streets of Dublin, the Rats are having a party, bringing in illness and deceases.
